Welcome to PicksPal.com, a free, national, online sports pick contest that allows Members to challenge, communicate, make friends regarding sporting events, and compete for prizes. PicksPal is operated by PicksPal, Inc. Your privacy is important to us and we have designed PicksPal.com to give you choices about the personal information available on this site. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal identifying information. By using PicksPal.com, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Collected Information
When you register to become a Member of PicksPal.com, we collect your name, email address and other personal identifying information that you submit to the site. Also, as part of your personal profile, you may choose to submit additional information such as gender, age, interests and other content, such as photos. This additional information is voluntary and can be made available to other Members. To protect your privacy, the PicksPal.com service allows you to limit who can view certain personal information.
When you invite new Members into your network or send messages through the PicksPal.com service, we collect and maintain the information associated with those messages, including email addresses and content on secure servers. PicksPal.com does not use your email address, or the email addresses of your friends, for any purpose other than sending out PicksPal invitations and notices. In addition, email harvesting software should not be able to access the PicksPal.com database, because our service requires users to login.
Information Use
As described above, we display your profile information according to the preferences set in your account. PicksPal.com Members can view each other's viewable profile information to learn about people in their network and reach out to Members. When you send messages through the PicksPal.com service, your Member name will be identified in the message. We also use your Member name to notify you of new Members, messages or other information, such as an invitation to join a friend's league or accept a challenge from a friend. In addition, we will send you messages when there are substantive changes to the service or our policies.
We will never rent, sell, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes without your express permission.
You understand and agree that PicksPal.com may access, preserve, and disclose your personal information and the contents of your account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or to protect the rights and property of PicksPal.com, its affiliates or the public.
We use the non-personally identifiable information and certain technical information about your computer in order to operate, maintain and manage PicksPal.com.
Controlling Your Information
The PicksPal.com service provides a number of tools to limit who can view your profile and other personal information. At any time, you can terminate your account which will remove your profile and other personal information from view. Others' Information
If you invite another person to join PicksPal.com, we will ask for that person's name and email address. We use this information to contact and, if necessary, remind that person that he or she has been invited to join PicksPal.com. All invitees are provided with the option not to receive further invitations from PicksPal.com.

Ads appearing on this Web site may be delivered to users by PicksPal.com or one of our Web advertising partners. Our Web advertising partners may set cookies.
